A. Detail description:
This Block Squaring Wire Saw (HGWS-3200-M) is designed for cutting marble block.
The two pillars, of main frame of this machine, are made of cast iron. Equipped with two diameter of 1580mm aluminum-cast wheels and 15KW main motor the machine can sustain the vibration of high cutting speed.
The wheels (the headstock fixed on a slide) are set on the screw powered by a 3KW 2-speed motor, so its stock can be worked at either a low speed (during the cutting and) or a high speed (when the cutting is finished and machine is back to its start position), enabling the machine can work fast and efficiently.
Meanwhile with a safety lock-system on the screws it can avoid the falling the wheels in case the screw damaged.
With its automatic hydraulic wire-tightening system (the left wheel can be moved crosswise on a guide way controlled by the hydraulic system enabling the wire works at a fix tension during the cutting), the machine can keep the cutting smoothly and efficiently.
Furthermore the fix tension of wire can be preset and adjusted according the real work condition.
Also the two small press-wire-wheels (next to the big wheels) are electrically powered, so it is very easy to adjust the working–width.
The machine disposes of a work-table (ball-bearing rotation system) with stop at 0o, and 90o manually controlled by a portable controller. The table rotation can be performed both clockwise and anticlockwise, and its enforced framework can easily bear the heavy-loads,
The Work-table is designed to set on the 9 meter rails and its forward/backward movement is also controlled by the portable controller.
